Cold Therapy

Cold should be applied for a maximum of twenty minutes which should be sufficient to produce the numbed response which is required. The process can be repeated for 5 minutes to 're-numb' the area if necessary.

Usage

• 1. Plug the adapter into a power outlet
• 2. Push the power switch button to turn on.
• 3. After 5-10 minutes, the head of device will produce cold on the surface. The temperature for cold (5°C).
• 4. Rub firmly upon desired skin surface in a circular motion.
• 5. Apply alternating cold treatment: employing both simultaneously in massage can enhance the body's circulation, promote tissue rehabilitation, increase metabolism, and balance hormones.
